A unique combination of a fluted-ribbed barrel made of Pernambuco, (a precious wood that is extremely hard and resistant, usually used to make violin bows); and platinum-plated fittings, make these writing instruments extremely durable and well-crafted. 

The woods used to create this amazing writing instrument collection are reforested Brazilian hardwoods. The natural differences in grain and colour mean that every pen is unique. The Classic Collection has its roots in a vintage design updated with the most modern techniques and appearance.

The Graf von Faber-Castell Classic Wood Pernambuco Fountain Pen has a handmade, bicolour 18-carat gold nib with an iridium tip.

The fountain pen can be used both with cartridges and with a converter, which is included.
